All Set and the company, Scoteesh Productions, grew out of our own experiences in learning, teaching and enjoying Scottish Country Dancing. Not only have we witnessed the confusion - usually good humoured but ultimately frustrating - of people tackling unfamiliar dances, we've been there ourselves.

The idea was born to present some of the most popular dances in a way which is accessible to as many people as possible and allows them to learn how and when suits them best. Over a long period of discussion, development and testing we've put together a package of text, video, animation, music and voice - all on one enhanced CD.

The basic Scoteesh team of Maggie Riddell, Creative Director, and John Hardie, Technical Director, had immense and invaluable assistance along the way from many experts and friends (often one and the same) and from all over Scotland. A second and further volumes are planned.
